Description
A bandit leader, who empowers his allies while he's standing. Able to wield magic to heal and defend his allies, or to destroy his enemies.

Combat Abilities
- Call Lightning: Deals light magic damage and increases haste on self by 10% for 5 turns.
- Shield of Restoration: Cover a target in a Massive Damage Shield. While the target remains shielded, the target will Heal each turn. Has a short cooldown.
