stub Dungeons are one of the Game Mechanics in Battle Chasers: Nightwar ==Description== Dungeons are a random arrangement of hand-crafted rooms, overflowing with traps, treasure, puzzles and lore. Monsters are visible on the map and exhibit unique behaviors when aggressive. Touching a monster initiates the turn-based combat system. Dungeons are loaded with traps, puzzles and secrets. Each of the Heroes has unique Dungeon Abilities. Before unlocking them at the shops in Harm's Way, entering dungeons is the only way for the player to access crafting tables to forge equipment and enchant it, or to craft potions. Each dungeon ends with a unique Boss. Before the boss fight is a red crystal that the heroes can use to fully restore their Health and Mana. == Difficulty == Before entering a dungeon, there are 3 difficulty settings, the player can choose from: Normal, Heroic, and Legendary. Each increase in difficulty adds tougher enemies and rewards the player with rarer loot and a Treasure Cache upon defeating the boss. Legendary dungeons are unique in being defeated in combat will reset all progress in the dungeon. ==List of Dungeons== * The Iron Outpost * Path of Fangs * Junktown * The Dig * Deadwatch * Strongmont * The Crimson Garden * Mana Rifts == Notes == * After winning the boss fight, the full-heal crystal will turn green. Activating it will fully restore Health and return the heroes to the overworld, right outside the dungeon. * Saving and quitting the main menu while in a dungeon will return the heroes to the overworld dungeon entrance, rather than where they last were in the dungeon. == See Also == * Treasure Caches * Lockboxes * Exploration Area
